1. Contractor Zoo’s privacy statement has been created because we respect our users right to keep personal information private. This statement discloses which information we gather and how we use that information.
   
2. Contractor Zoo collects information on our site visitors collectively including which sections of the site are most frequently visited, how often and for how long. This information is used to improve and enhance our services by monitoring the areas on the site that are most important to you.

By using the Contractor Zoo site you are consenting to have your profile information and CV passed onto customers that access our website. We do not pass on your telephone numbers, e-mail address or physical address unless you specifically provide authorisation to do so.
   
6. Contractor Zoo provides registered members with the ability to upload a personal resume for viewing by our customers. Users can update their resume at any time by going to the MY CV area of the site. By using the Contractor Zoo site you are consenting to have this document viewable by customers that access our website. It is your responsibility to ensure that any personal details are removed from this document prior to posting on the Contractor Zoo website.
   
7. Contractor Zoo takes all reasonable steps to ensure the security of our system and website. Contractor Zoo allows you to access your information at any time to keep it accurate and up to date. Any information that we hold for you is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities. In addition, our employees and the contractors who provide services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by Contractor Zoo. However, Contractor Zoo will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access of your personal information. You can also play an important role in keeping your personal information secure, by maintaining the confidentiality of any password and accounts used on the Contractor Zoo site. 8. Contractor Zoo provides links to third party sites. These third party sites are not within the control of Contractor Zoo and we cannot accept responsibility for the conduct of these companies. 11. This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement, which will continue in full force and effect.
